Discoveries encompass both the services and experiences that elevate your stay. We’ve curated a selection of options designed to meet diverse needs and desires:

Rentals
- Browse: Start by exploring our collection of luxury villas, homes, and apartments.
- Inquire: Click on the INQUIRE button on any villa page to access the contact form.
- Customize: Select the Discoveries you’d like to add and submit your request.
Once your inquiry is submitted, one of our specialists will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours via email or phone.
To confirm your booking:
- Sign the booking agreement.
- Complete the payment via bank transfer or credit card.
At the time of booking, we’ll ask for your WhatsApp or Telegram number. Your dedicated Discoverer will be available to assist you with anything you need, share updates about your itinerary, and confirm the details of your activities and experiences.
While airport transfers are not automatically included, we’ll gladly arrange a round-trip transfer upon request.

Payments
Payment and refund policies vary by property. Generally:
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
- The remaining 50% is due 60–90 days before arrival.

Yes, a refundable deposit may be requested by the property owner to cover potential damages. After your stay, the deposit will be returned if no damages are found, based on a thorough inspection by the owner.
Refund policies are determined by property owners. As a standard rule, most payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions of each property before booking.

No, we will also be happy to arrange a series of services and enriching experiences for you. In addition to luxury properties, our Discoveries include:
